I don't see [skill] here, where is it?

I am just one person, and I can promise you I don't have exhaustive knowledge of all skills the world over. If you have a skill you'd like to learn or that you've already learned and want to share, let me know in my Mailbox and I'll add it to the list of skills as soon as I can.

I can't complete this skill because [life got busy, I have a disability, I don't think I'm any good at it], what should I do?

What you do is up to you. Are there changes you could make to some of the skill levels to accommodate your needs? Do you want to be better at the skill? Is it fine with you if you decide it's not your cup of tea and never do it again? If you've gone as far as you're willing to go, take the badge. If not, keep working at it until you decide you're ready.

Someone I know is displaying a badge they didn't work for!

That's none of my business, and frankly, none of yours. Maybe they tried it and realized they hated every second. Maybe they're trying to score social points. Maybe they just wish they'd "really" earned it and want to enjoy pretending they gave it a shot. If someday they have to change a tire and people ask why they can't since they've got that auto mechanic badge, it's up to them to explain things.
